Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the process and conditions under which B2C Databases may issue a refund for Datasets purchased using cryptocurrency via the NowPayments.io payment gateway.
1. General Principles
Due to the nature of our products—digital data that is instantly delivered and non-returnable—all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
A refund will only be considered under the following two strictly limited conditions:

A verifiable, material, and critical error in the Data exists that renders the Dataset unusable for its stated purpose (see Section 3).

The refund request is submitted within the allowed 7-day window (see Section 2).
2. Refund Request Window
A Client may initiate a request for a refund only if it is submitted to B2C Databases within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Requests received after the 7-day period will be automatically rejected.

The purchase date is defined by the timestamp of the successful payment confirmation from NowPayments.io.
3. Grounds for Refund (Verifiable Data Error)
A refund will only be considered if the client can demonstrate a material and verifiable defect in the Dataset, as determined by B2C Databases. Examples include:

Change of Mind: The client simply decides they no longer want the Data.

Performance: The Data did not generate the expected number of sales or leads.

Compatibility: The client's software or system cannot process the standard file format (.csv, .xlsx).

Expiration: Data naturally changes over time (people change jobs/addresses). This natural decay is not grounds for refund.
4. Cryptocurrency Payment and Refund Process
All payments are processed through NowPayments.io. The inherent characteristics of blockchain transactions introduce specific rules to our refund process:
4.1. Irreversibility and Manual Refunds: Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. B2C Databases cannot "charge back" or reverse the original transaction. Any refund is issued as a new, manual transaction initiated by B2C Databases.
4.2. Refund Currency and Valuation:

Refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency used for the purchase (e.g., if you paid with BTC, you will be refunded in BTC).

The refund amount will be based on the exact numerical value of the crypto sent for the purchase, not the fiat (USD/PHP) value at the time of the refund.

Example: If you paid 0.01 BTC, you will be refunded 0.01 BTC, regardless of whether the USD value of BTC has risen or fallen between the purchase and refund date. The client assumes all market volatility risk.
4.3. Deductions and Fees: The refund amount will be subject to deductions to cover associated costs:

The network fee (gas fee) incurred for sending the refund transaction on the blockchain.

The NowPayments.io service fee charged on the original transaction (as this fee is typically non-recoverable by us).

A 5% administrative processing fee retained by B2C Databases to cover the costs of investigation, verification, and manual processing.
4.4. Refund Wallet Address: The client must provide a secure and correct receiving wallet address for the refund. The client is solely responsible for providing an accurate and valid address. Funds sent to an incorrect address due to client error cannot be recovered or re-sent.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase meets the strict criteria in Sections 2 and 3, you must follow these steps:

Submit a Ticket: Email our dedicated support channel at info@b2cdatabases.co with the subject line: "REFUND REQUEST: [Your Order ID]"

Provide Proof: Your request must include:

The original NowPayments.io Order ID and transaction hash.

Clear, verifiable proof (screenshots or log files) demonstrating the material error or corruption in the Data.

The Cryptocurrency Wallet Address where you wish to receive the refund.

Await Verification: Our team will review the claim within 3-5 business days. If the claim is verified, we will process the refund transaction within 7-10 business days following approval, subject to network conditions.
6. Governing Law
This policy is subject to our full Terms and Conditions. Any disputes related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
